Day 2 ~ George Washington's House/ Mt. Vernon

The gang all took a break after walking for miles on George Washington's grounds.

A lighted 3-D picture of George from the Museum that was located a few block from his house, still on this location.

This is the view that George Washington saw out of his side window in his home. This is an origianal tree from when George was alive. All this rolling on for miles on the Potomic River.

George Washington and his family (consisting of about 25 members) lie in behind the black square door in this tomb. This tomb has a tour guide standing outside the grave giving information and keeping the enormous lines of tourists moving at a normal pace.
